Students are given the opportunity to experience first hand different cultures and lifestyles. At the same time they inform their host community of the Australian way of life and build better international understanding and goodwill. These are the key objectives of this program.
Exchange students may reside in Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, Norway, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan or USA. Travel expenses are paid by the parents of the student although financial difficulty should not deter applicants as limited funding may be available.
The Closing Date for
Youth Exchange Applications
is April 30th.
